  • Infinite Blue, a Chinese real estate developer in Greece; the work includes setting up various vehicles in Greece and abroad for the implementation of the various investment and financing vehicles, setting up full operations in Greece and thereafter carrying out exit strategies (either through mergers or acquisitions) for the real estate.   • Thrace Plastics, a company listed on the Athens stock exchange, on its corporate restructuring. The work included on-going Greek and foreign corporate, regulatory and tax advice for the corporate restructuring, communication with the foreign legal and financial advisers and completing the restructuring as planned (2016)
  • NBG Securities S.A. in its capacity as Financial Advisor in the listing of Intercontinental International REIC's shares to trading on the Athens Exchange (2016)
  • Greece’s Independent Power Transmission Operator S.A. (ADMIE)as well as the corresponding transmission service operators (TSOs) of Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo and FYROM on setting up a joint venture in Greece to make possible a coordinated provision of the Regional Security Coordination Initiatives (RSCI) Services to the TSOs, on a similar basis as the services provided between the European TSOs and ENTSO-e. (2016)
  • the underwriters in an IPO of the Greek insurance subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (Eurolife ERB), the holding company of one of the largest Greek insurance groups with operations in Greece and Romania. The IPO consisted of a public offering in Greece and an international offering (2014)
  • a US based investment fund in the spin-off of its operations conducted overseas to a company to be established within the EU. (December 2013)
  • an international investment fund in relation to the establishment in Greece of a gas trading company. (September 2013)
  • Dolphin Capital Partners on commercial law issues. (February 2013)
  • Bazaar S.A. and acted as the seller's counsel in relation to the spin-off of the retail business of Bazaar S.A., a leading food supply and supermarket corporate, and subsequent acquisition of the same by Marinopoulos S.A (2013)
  • Rainbow Group S.A. in connection with certain intellectual property matters. (May 2012)
  • Everest Group, a Greek retail company in the food industry, in relation to its entering into a master franchise agreement with a local partner in Albania (February 2012)
  • Hellenic Football Federation in relation to the study and drafting of a comprehensive proposal for the reform of the internal operating rules of Greek football. (November 2011)
  • Xente S.A., a company operating Athens Park Hotel, a Greek 5-star hotel, in an international franchise agreement with a major international hotel management company. (September 2011)
