Effrosyni Baseki specializes in real estate law, civil and commercial law. She has also experience in energy law as she is legal advisor in some reputable energy firms providing knowledge and legal consulting around the structure of wind farms and solar parks.

Ms. Baseki has acted as a legal counselor to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, and served as legal advisor to the Greek Minister of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy in relation to maritime cases such as registration of ships under Greek flag or building the legal framework regarding the nautical education. She is admitted to practice before the Court of First Instance.

In her carrier Ms. Baseki has acted for the Greek Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy having participated in the drafting and amendment of the legislation related to the nautical education in Greece. Various clients involved real estate procedure and more specifically undertaking the title due diligence, the procedure of sale and purchase of property, registration of mortgages etc.

Ms. Baseki holds a law degree from the Democritus University of Thrace - Law School (LLB) and a Master in International and European Energy Law (Democritus University of Thrace - Faculty of Law). She holds also a professional qualification certification in Maritime Studies from the ICS (Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers).

She speaks Greek, German and English.
