Sofia Chrysakopoulou is an attorney-at-law, and she was admitted to Athens bar association in 2021.

At the undergraduate level, she was a member of the editorial board of her university's law journal. She worked as a trainee-lawyer in the legal department of a Greek Bank and, more specifically, both on the non-performing loans administration department and the Human Resources Directorate, focusing on issues of execution, the assessment of provisional order and judgment of the court of first instance, consulting and advisory in the fields of labor and employment law and the reorganization of employment relationships. She specializes in Labor law and has experience representing labor and employment cases before Greek courts. She is capable of processing terms and conditions of employment, negotiating employment contracts and contributing to the structuring of the operational sectors of the business.

Ms. Chrysakopoulou holds a LL.B. law degree from law school of Thessaloniki (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). She completed her postgraduate studies at law school of Athens (National and Kapodistrian University) from where she awarded a LL.M. with specialization in Labor law.

Ms. Chrysakopoulou LL.M thesis focused on "The Social Plan in Collective Dismissals. Meaning - Legal Nature - Application". She has attended various legal seminars concerning the reform of the Greek labor code, as well as other conferences on Labor, Civil and Public law.

Ms. Chrysakopoulou is licensed to practice law before the first-degree courts of Athens. She speaks Greek, English and French.
