Description of the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to handle a broad range of civil law matters and represent clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution for sophisticated and high-value cases.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial or settlement
• Draft and prepare any legal documentation including pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies and provide legal advice
• Supervise associates/legal trainees and contribute to team development

 Requirements:

• University degree in Law
• A strong academic record; Postgraduate degree (LLM or equivalent) is considered an asset
• Licensed to practice law in Greece
• At least 7 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and legal representation experience in courts of Greece
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• A proactive and results-oriented approach
