Chrysanthi Galati is an associate lawyer with LL.M. studies in Commercial Law. Her diploma thesis focused on “The role and liability of the BoD in the insurance company, under the scope of Solvency II Directive.” She worked as a trainee lawyer in the Legal and Compliance Division of “Groupama Insurance Company”; since then, she has practiced civil and corporate litigation.

Chrysanthi has solid experience in complex insurance law cases, such as bancassurance, Unit Linked products, life insurance, and insolvency procedures. She has also effectively handled files related to civil liability, third-party liability from car accidents, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical liability, property insurance, and state liability claims.

She has represented most insurance companies before first instance civil and administrative courts. Chrysanthi has also advised many corporate clients on compliance issues and general corporate affairs on a day-to-day basis.
