Sophia Ioannou joined the firm as Communications & Marketing Director in 2021. Sophia has come to the firm after more than 20 years in senior management positions at distinguished international organizations and global movements such as Doctors Without Borders and Transparency International. She leads and develops communication and marketing strategies required to generate new business development opportunities, influence public perceptions, and ensure a positive brand reputation to support the overall growth and success of the firm.

Sophia is a senior communications professional with experience and a successful track record in driving strategy and promoting objectives in corporate & brand communications, reputation formulation, media relations, digital communications, CSR & sustainability, stakeholder engagement and internal communications.

Sophia can develop strong relations with key-stakeholders at all levels while handling complex projects. She is also a crisis management expert, managing change, balancing competing interests, and conflicting situations. She has comprehensive understanding of the international and national media environment, and the digital transformation of the economy and society. She believes in building strong-teams-working-together with a common vision and sharing the same corporate values.
