Lamprini Kiritsi is a Senior Associate of Civil Law/ Litigation practice of Machas and Partners.
Lamprini is specializing in civil law cases and she has comprehensive experience in cases of a tortious nature (construction contracts, fraud against lenders, rental disputes, payment orders, automobile disputes, tort claims, defamatory publications claims, preparation of payment orders, objections, title checks, preparation of leases, preparation of purchase and sale contracts, preparation of Private Agreements etc.), in family law and labor law. Lamprini possesses extensive judicial experience across all these areas, and she represents clients before courts of all instances throughout Greece.
With over 11 years at a well-respected law firm based in Athens, Lamprini has developed into a seasoned litigator, providing advocacy and advisory in matters of criminal defense for individuals and enterprises. Her experience involves the handling of a broad range of criminal cases and the representation of clients before the Judicial Authorities, in both defending or initiating civil proceedings (including the representation of employees in lawsuits against global corporations). She has also handled appeals of criminal decisions on behalf of clients before the Supreme Court.
Lamprini is an LL.M. graduate of the University of Athens, Law School, Criminal law and Criminal Procedure. In addition, Lamprini holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Law in Energy Markets from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She is also a Law and Economics graduate from the University of Piraeus in Law and Economics.
Lamprini contributed to the publication of the Interpretation of the Penal Code Margariti, Sakkoulas Publications, 2008 and served as a scientific associate to a Member of the European Parliament.
