Financially Independent Person’s Visa in Greece

Who Qualifies?

The Financially Independent Person Residence Permit is ideal for non-EU/EEA citizens with stable, passive income (such as pensions, dividends, or savings) who wish to retire or live in Greece without working. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate a minimum income of €3,500/month after tax (with an additional 20% for a spouse and 15% for each child if accompanied by family members). The permit allows you to live in Greece without the right to work or engage in any economic activity.
