Katia Zygoulianou is an attorney specializing in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate law, and financial regulation, with particular emphasis on the funds industry. She joined Machas & Partners Corporate and M&A practice in 2026 as an Associate.

Her experience includes primary and secondary public offerings, corporate and financing transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, and regulatory matters concerning entities supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Bank of Greece. She combines transactional and regulatory expertise with hands-on experience, allowing her to advise clients on both the execution of complex transactions and the practical regulatory considerations surrounding them.

Prior to joining the firm, she advised on complex capital markets and M&A transactions and served as in-house legal counsel and compliance officer at a Greece-based listed alternative investment fund and its manager.
