Eirini Tsalapati joined Machas & Partners in 2022 as an Associate, focusing on Administrative and Public Procurement Law, as well as Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

Eirini has gained experience in administrative and public law cases, especially in public works, service and procurement contracts. Since 2020, she has also handled various legal issues related to the public procurement law.

In her role as legal counsel, Eirini provides comprehensive legal support to the Contracting Authorities in all aspects of tender preparation, while also advising domestic and international private entities on tender submissions.

Furthermore, she is experienced in drafting preliminary appeals and interventions addressed to the Authority for the Examination of Preliminary Appeals, as well as in drafting applications for annulment and interventions before the administrative courts of the country.

Eirini is qualified to appear before the Court of Appeal.
