What should you expect?

• Manage all phases of litigation in collaboration with senior team members, from case intake through trial or settlement.
• Draft and review legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances, representing clients effectively.
• Advise and work closely with clients to develop litigation strategies and provide actionable legal counsel.
• Engage directly with senior clients and stakeholders on complex civil and commercial litigation matters.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in civil and/or commercial litigation
• Proven expertise in legal analysis, negotiation, and court representation within Greece
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written communication and drafting skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Desirable: Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification
