A few days ago, our Administrative Law/ Public Procurement & PPP team was pleased to deliver a dedicated workshop and training session for the executives of the Special Service for the Implementation of Direct Aid and Sectoral Interventions, together with the project’s technical and financial advisors, as our collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, and in particular the General Secretariat for Union Resources and Infrastructure, reaches its successful conclusion.
The session focused on the project implementation monitoring process, with reference to the following projects:
· “Rehabilitation and Modernisation of Tavropos Irrigation Networks”
· “Transport and Distribution of Water from the River Nestos to the Plains of Xanthi for Irrigation Purposes”.
The legal aspects of the process were analyzed by Virvilios Anastasios, Partner, Head of the Administrative/Public Law and PPP team and Evangelia Sgountzou, Associate.
The workshop focused on ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer and operational continuity, addressing key technical, contractual, and implementation aspects of the two major Public-Private Partnership (PPP) irrigation projects currently under development.
This engagement reflects our firm’s continued commitment to contributing institutional expertise and practical experience to the successful delivery and effective governance of complex infrastructure projects, supporting sustainable outcomes and the creation of long-term value for the public sector and society.
