Our firm collaborated closely with the CEO and the Board of the company to address instances of misconduct and mismanagement by the local management identified in the context of the internal audit. We supported the client throughout the process of removing the existing local management and appointing new leadership.
In addition, our team was responsible for planning and implementing corrective measures to effectively address the issues arising from the crisis, while ensuring that the consumer base was not adversely affected.
