We are proud to announce that Machas & Partners Law Firm successfully represented and defended 25 members of the Boards of Directors who served over a ten-year period at a leading organization in Greece’s food supply chain sector, before the Public Prosecutor of the Piraeus Court of First Instance.
The case concerned a white-collar crime investigation involving allegations of felony breach of trust against the Board members.
Following the submission of detailed legal memoranda, witness evidence, and internal audit findings, the Prosecutor concluded that the allegations were unsubstantiated, finding no proven damage and no intentional misconduct by our clients. The case was closed in our clients’ favor.
