A few days ago, our Partner and Head of Administrative Law/Public Procurement & PPP, Virvilios Anastasios, participated as a speaker at the 4th Greek Corporate Governance Summit, organized by ethosEVENTS and supported by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
The panel discussion, which also featured Natassa Stamou, Vice Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Chair of the Investment Guarantee Fund; Maria Alexiou, Lawyer, Partner at ALMA Services for Sustainability and Member of the EFRAG VSME Community; and was moderated by Pantelis Lamprou, Co-founder & CEO, Products & Investments, Business Management Consulting, focused on recent developments in the Sustainability Reporting regulatory framework and the evolving role of Audit and Sustainability Committees.
Particular emphasis was placed on regulatory simplification efforts, their impact on listed companies, and the reshaping of governance responsibilities.
