Despoina Douka joined Machas & Partners in 2023 and is an Associate of our Banking & Finance practice. Throughout her legal traineeship at Machas & Partners, she has gained valuable experience in conducting legal research across various areas of legal expertise.
Despoina is actively participating in due diligence procedures in corporate and project financings as well as in the review of security documents. Furthermore, Despoina has a strong background in intellectual and industrial property as well as competition law matters.
