Dimitris Leonidas joined Machas & Partners Law Firm in September 2025 as the Chief Financial & Operating Officer.

Dimitris is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, operational management, and overall business performance, supporting Machas & Partners’ long-term growth and success.

Prior to joining the legal industry, Dimitris built an extensive career in the hospitality sector, holding senior accounting and finance positions within leading hotel management groups. His background provided him with a strong grounding in financial management and with the skillset to lead operations and strategy across diverse organizations.

Dimitris is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and holds a professional license as an Economist and Class A Certified Accountant–Tax Consultant.
