Eliza Kolliopoulou joined Machas & Partners in 2026 as a member of the Corporate and M&A practice. She advises both domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries on corporate and commercial matters, providing day-to-day legal support and assisting with the structuring, drafting and negotiation of commercial arrangements.

Her practice covers a wide range of M&A and corporate transactions, including mergers, spin-offs and corporate reorganisations. She provides legal counsel and supports clients throughout the various stages of transactions, from initial structuring and legal due diligence to the preparation, review and negotiation of transaction documentation.
