Charalampos (Haris) Komninakis is a Senior Associate in the Criminal Law & White-Collar Crime practice at Machas and Partners.

With a legal career beginning in 1996, he specializes in criminal law and brings extensive experience in criminal defense, handling complex and high-stakes cases with a strong focus on strategic litigation and effective courtroom advocacy. He represents clients at all stages of trial proceedings before all criminal courts.

He joined the firm in 2026 and plays an active role in advising and representing clients across the full spectrum of criminal proceedings, from investigation to trial and appeal. He is committed to safeguarding his clients’ rights at every stage of the criminal justice process.

He holds a D.E.A. (Diplôme d’Études Approfondies) in Criminal Law and Criminological Sciences from the University of Toulouse, where he developed a strong academic foundation in criminal theory and comparative criminal justice.
