Ioanna has gained valuable experience working as an associate in law firms, where she advised on complex project finance transactions, with particular focus in the energy sector. Ioanna also played a key role in facilitating the expansion of a UK- based wealth-building investment firm into Greece and the EU by overseeing the application for authorisation before the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As part of the Banking & Finance practice, she advises domestic and international clients, including financial institutions, on a wide range of banking and finance matters.
