Petros Machas is the Founding Partner and Chairman of Machas & Partners Law Firm. He founded the firm after a successful career in white-collar crime at one of Greece’s leading law firms, with the vision of building a modern full-service practice defined by strategic judgment, commercial awareness and international reach.

Petros advises clients on a wide range of complex and high-stakes matters, with particular expertise in white-collar crime, commercial litigation, arbitration, cross-border corporate transactions, and estate, tax and succession planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. He is recognised for his ability to combine legal precision with commercial insight, particularly in matters involving multiple jurisdictions, heightened sensitivity or significant reputational exposure.

He has acted in numerous high-profile cases in Greece and internationally, representing prominent individuals, corporations and investors in disputes, investigations, crisis situations and sophisticated commercial negotiations.
