Zinovia Gkatsi joined Machas & Partners in 2025 and she is a Senior Associate of the firm’s Civil Law/Litigation practice.

Possessing over 8 years of experience in civil law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, Zinovia represents clients before the courts in complex cases, with a focus on contracts and torts, commercial disputes, bank claims, and family and succession law.

Zinovia holds an LL.M. in Civil Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her thesis focused on “Provision of credit facilities to bank personnel for the purchase of the bank’s own shares”, examining article 16a of – then in force – law n. 2190/1920 under the provisions of corporate, civil and employment law, showcasing her intersectoral perspective.
