We are proud to have advised our client, Grammikos Group, on the issue of a bond loan amounting to €5,8M subscribed by Optima bank.

The proceeds from the loan will be employed for the financing of the construction and development of “ATHMON” – a modern block of flats in Maroussi, Athens, corresponding to our client’s philosophy on sustainability and respect for the community and the environment.

Our team was led by our Senior Associate, Sonia Saranti.
