Machas & Partners reached a successful closing for the acquisition of Energiaki Pylou-Methonis S.A.

The acquisition of Energiaki Pylou-Methonis S.A. by the Hellenic Petroleum Renewable Energy Sources S.A., represented by Machas & Partners, reached a successful closing.

Energiaki Pylou-Methonis is the owner of a 6.8MW operating wind farm, the first wind farm to be acquired by the Hellenic Petroleum Group of companies.
