Machas & Partners acted as legal counsel for a major investor in the real estate market with the transaction concerning a secured corporate bond loan for the financing of an ambitious residential real estate project in Greece.
Our firm’s Banking and Finance practice, with Tom Kyriakopoulos, Partner, leading the team and Ioannis Charalampopoulos, Senior Associate, reviewed the bond loan program with particular focus on the mechanism of the release of the real estate securities for the sale of the residential properties, the development of which will be financed by the loan.
