Machas & Partners successfully challenged and defended a taxpayer before the Greek Audit Authority

Our firm challenged and defended a taxpayer before the Greek Audit Authority for Taxpayers with Great Wealth (KEFOMEP) for a tax dispute amounting to €1.5M. The case has been dropped by KEFOMEP and no appeal before the Greek tax courts was required.
