Mary Tzanidaki joined Machas & Partners in 2026 as an Associate of the Employment team of the firm.
She is a highly skilled and dedicated attorney specializing in Employment and Social Security law. With her in-depth expertise and practical approach, she delivers comprehensive legal support to both national and international clients, ensuring the highest standards of advisory services and effective implementation of the applicable legal framework.
One of her key strengths lies in her broad experience across a wide spectrum of employment law matters. She provides strategic guidance on individual and collective employment issues, including working time compliance and the digital work card system, termination of employment, severance pay, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, MTAs and internal policies, as well as collective redundancies and business transfers. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks ensures full compliance while safeguarding her clients’ interests.
Mary has also gained significant experience in numerous due diligence proceedings in assessing labour-related risks and obligations in the context of corporate transactions. Her meticulous approach enables clients to identify potential liabilities and make informed business decisions.

She represents clients before the Civil Courts and the Labour Authorities, prepares out-of-court statements and legal remedies, and handles a wide range of disputes, including wrongful dismissals, workplace discrimination and harassment, as well as claims regarding overtime and overwork compensation. Her advocacy is focused on achieving practical and favorable outcomes.
Mary has been involved in Immigration Law matters, particularly in supporting employers who are willing to employ foreign employees with the issuance of employees’ residence permits, especially under the categories of High – Rank Executive, Special Purpose and Family Reunification.
