The former Keranis Tobacco Factory is being transformed into Keranis Residences, a modern mixed-use development featuring 408 fully furnished residences, retail and office spaces, wellness facilities, and vibrant communal areas.
The iconic industrial heritage building is being revitalized, contributing to the ongoing urban regeneration of Piraeus and creating lasting value for the city and its community.

Our firm has contributed to this new beginning, having undertaken the completion of the Design and Construction Agreement on behalf of Mercan Greece and advising on key project management aspects supporting the successful implementation of this landmark redevelopment.
