Rozita Karasso has developed great expertise in supporting the interests and needs of privately held companies, medium-to-large scale businesses and high-net-worth individuals on company, commercial, banking, and intellectual property law matters. She is also handling real estate cases, including property acquisitions and disposals, lease agreements, both residential and commercial, due diligence of real estate portfolios and establishment of in rem securities on behalf of both domestic and international clients of the firm.

Rozita has worked on all types of transactions, drafting, and reviewing company law documents and contracts such as exclusive distribution agreements, commercial leases and secured loan facilities.

Since completing her postgraduate studies, Rozita has been advising a Northern California hospitality and dining management group on commercial and company law issues with respect to investments in Europe. In particular, she has been advising on legal aspects relating to a US-French joint venture for the establishment of a luxury hotel and restaurant in France, handling matters with respect to commercial lease and corporate structuring and being responsible for the efficient completion of the project including the liaison with French attorneys, French authorities and third parties.
