Machas and Partners solidified its position in 2020, in association with Firon, the Israeli legal powerhouse, as the “go to firm” for cross border investments in real estate and tourism following a flurry of transactions in the Greek market.
The work included structuring and carrying out real estate and M&A deals and the financing of such projects through shareholder loans and Greek banks, due diligence on all aspects and drafting transaction and finance documents and advising on tax matters.
