Elisavet Kelesidou specializes in Real Estate Law, with experience in providing advice on real estate transactions and related financing and securities, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating lease agreements and SPAs and representing of clients before the courts regarding issues of in rem securities.

Her professional background includes the provision of advice on matters of general corporate law matters, contracts and transactions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and lease agreement, as well as experience in Bankruptcy Law (e.g. Bankruptcy, Restructuring, Business Reorganization, Insolvency procedures, Due Diligence on NPLs).

She holds an LL.B. from Democritus University of Thrace and a M.Sc. in Law & Economics in Energy Markets from Athens University of Economics and Business.
