Giorgos Tsirogiannis is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice team. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations and general corporate law matters.

Giorgos has worked as legal advisor in investment and real estate construction companies and as Associate in an international law firm in Luxembourg where he assisted domestic and international clients on M&A projects, corporate governance issues, cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations.

Giorgos’ experience includes drafting commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, SPAs, conversions and migrations of companies, while he has gained significant experience in advising on security documents and οn private equity deals.
