Machas & Partners provided legal advice to borrowers with respect to a 1.75M Euro secured Greek corporate bond loan issued by a Greek company and subscribed to by a foreign fund.
The work included indicatively: (a) the drafting and negotiation of the bond loan program, (b) the drafting of the relevant mortgage and pledge security agreements and (c) the provision of opinion letters to the fund.
