Machas & Partners advised Rainbow Group through all stages in relation to the €2.2M acquisition of the business of Nestlé Waters Direct S.A., a member of the Nestlé Group of companies, relating to bottling, selling and distributing water for professional and domestic use. The transaction was successfully completed in July.
