Finance & Administrative Executive
Roula Mareti has worked with Machas & Partners since its inception, handling the Secretarial, Administrative and Financial organization of the firm. Roula had a previous professional experience of 10 years in one of the biggest leading law firms in Greece and has worked as a Personal Assistant alongside Petros Machas from the early stages of his legal career. In 2011, she joined Machas & Partners as Head of the Finance and Administration Department, responsible for the support of both clients and employees of the firm. Her steadfast goal has always been to ensure the smooth financial and administrative organization and operation of the firm at all levels.
Roula specializes in the development and application of effective internal administrative procedures and the prompt handling of complex financial matters. As part of the Finance and Administration Department, she currently develops and coordinates efficiently the firm’s administrative procedures and internal control systems, and consistently seeks to adopt new ways and methods to streamline them so that they are adapted to the firm’s needs.
Roula is also in charge of ensuring and promoting a smooth and constant communication flow within the company, undertaking the role of billing and revenue controller while monitoring and checking all costs and expenditures, as well as being a key contributor to the preparation of the annual budget. Her communication and organizational skills as well as her in-depth knowledge of the firm’s internal procedures and policies help to ensure its seamless and successful operation.
