Mary Achladianaki is an Associate at Machas & Partners, and her focus is primarily on Corporate and Commercial law. Her specialization includes a wide range of corporate projects, finance transactions and M&A both at domestic and international levels.

Mary assists clients in starting companies and businesses in Greece, as well as supporting clients in complying with a host of tax and regulatory matters required for establishing a presence in Greece, an EU Member State. She is an integral part of the firm’s corporate and finance team, managing complex multi-party and multi-jurisdictional transactions, reviewing transaction and finance documents, and commenting on and drafting ancillary documents.

More specifically, Mary contributes to M&A deals by handing vendor and buyer due diligence procedures and assists in drafting the due diligence reports for clients.
